Draft for confirmation. This notice describes how the website works today. It is waiting for Xeinadin Corporate Recovery and Domain Farm to confirm the details before it is final.
Who we are
InsolvencySupport.co.uk is operated by Xeinadin Corporate Recovery Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11415156), of 8th Floor, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3BD. We decide how the details you give on this website are used, so we are the controller of that information.
You can contact us about your information by email at info@insolvencysupport.co.uk, by phone on 0333 023 5090, or by post to the address above.
What we collect
When you use the callback form we collect:
- your full name
- your email address
- your phone number
- your postcode, if you choose to give it
We also record the date and time of your request and which form it came from. If you call or email us, we keep a note of what you tell us so we can help you.
The options calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
Why we use it
We use your details to call or email you back about your enquiry and to give you initial advice, which is what you have asked us to do. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before you decide whether to instruct us.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we never sell them or pass them to lead brokers.
Where it goes
When you send the form, your details are:
- saved to a file on the web server that hosts this website, in a folder that cannot be reached from the internet; and
- sent by email to the people who handle enquiries for this website. At present that includes Domain Farm Ltd, which builds and runs this website for us and passes enquiries to our practitioners.
Anyone who handles your details for us does so only to deal with your enquiry. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for any longer period that the law or our professional rules require. If you go on to instruct us, our engagement letter will explain how we handle information about you and your company from then on.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or stop using it. To do any of these, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load content from other websites. Its fonts and images are served from this website itself.
Like any website, the server that hosts it keeps standard access logs, which record internet addresses and the pages requested, so the site can be kept secure and working.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page if the way we handle your information changes.
